This was a good good for a student to do their research on leadership from a primal example.

Like a game if you take the time to do the surveys honestly. Maybe this would be a fun and heady book to use on a retreat with close friends w/ whom you could really be truthful. It may reveal more about the members of the group than you'd think. Well written but not, as with anything, to be taken hook, line and sinker.

It is well written and very readable. I had to read this book for a class I was taking and did not have high expectations. However, what a great read. If one doesn't grasp the concept of emotional intelligence and how to use it in day to day life (not just for work) this is the book for you. I am planning on reading it again.

This was required reading material for my leadership class. I found it to be okay.

The best book I've ever purchased and it was in excellent shape and arrived sooner than expected.
